Yes I do.

I agree with it isn't that simple as calories in vs calories out. There are more variables as to what you are eating.
-
Guess I am the odd person out here. I can't stand movie theater popcorn. Too greasy.
-
But you are trying! Totally different than Parent's that don't care.

This is verbal abuse. :frown:
-
Agreed. There are plenty of ways to have healthy foods/meals available.

What about an eggwhite breakfasat burrito? Add chopped veggies to it.
-
You forgot to add all that pesticide and hormone crap that is in the non organic bananas.

I have vital wheat gluten but haven't used it yet. That may be what if am doing wrong. Thank you!

Unsweetened Almond milk is 35 calories a cup.

Nay

I have done this in a pinch as well. But it isn't the same. :frown:
-
I tried that, but not the same. Hubby didn't care for it, but I liked it.

I use pita's I get from Global Market (these are really good and they are whole grain) when I am short on time. But I was hoping to find a regular pizza dough recipe. I also use whole wheat tortillas when I am in a pinch for a crust.
-
That wold be so easy. LOL But it isn't a clean eating (not processed) food:frown: . I am looking for whole grains. I do have White Whole Wheat Flour. But I am wondering if it has to be partial WW in order to get the crisp thin crust we like.

This sends red flags up to me that these people don't know what they are doing. Shouldn't be sweating? I don't know anyone that can get in the target heart rate and NOT be sweating. I would quit. You want working out to be an enjoyable experience. Something you look forward too. Sounds like the situation you are in, is not…

4 eggwhites, 1 thin corn tortilla, 1 sliced tomato.

Oh! I am going to have to try the green bean trick.

I have been very depressed about life in general. I think this contributed to my lack of motivation. The frustration is I haven't made progress since January.

Nasty stuff.

I haven't had one since early last summer.

Bump it good.

Not necessarily. My OB/GYN said I could continue them after I had my kids. But I was nursing, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
-
I talked to my OB/GYN about this (Love Her!). She said cardio, pillates and yoga. If that fails, tummy tuck. Even though I am down 70 pounds I still have it. My workout routine has been sporadic. Something I am working on stepping up the routine. eta - I have had 3 c-sections in a short period of time.

Personally I would have a small piece of dark chocolate at least 70% cocoa. Be careful with this, no matter how much you want it, it could trigger a binge. Especially being TOM. {{{hugs}}}

I am selling my george foreman. I bought a Breville Panini press. Which I absolutely love! http://www.brevilleusa.com/grilling/panini-grill-bgr200xl.html

I am a Fage and Chobani girl. I read the snackgirl article when she first posted it. I agree with her.

Well Fooducate gives is a D-plus. So I personally am staying away from this product. http://www.fooducate.com/blog/2011/04/11/oh-my-mio-water-flavoring-has-nothing-real-in-it/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Fooducate+%28Fooducate%29&utm_content=Google+Reader

I read Alicia's book. That what prompted me to go ahead to Vegan. Right now I am struggling. My weight is going up and I am not happy about that. I am only two weeks into this. Yesterday was horrible. I didn't eat breakfast we were gone most the day and then had lunch at my MILs. Which I skipped lunch since there wasn't…
