Yep. Trying to get as close to natural as possible. Without adding salt, HFCS and sugar or other chemicals.

I will check TJ's and WF.
-
Bingo! That will work.

Wonderful!:flowerforyou:
-
That is an awesome feeling, isn't it?
-
Only if you get your heartrate up there.

I have been like this all winter. I am so looking forward to 80 to 90 degree weather. Which is SO not like me. I usually hate the heat.
-
I exercise at the gym by myself. Eventually I would like to take some of the classes offered.
-
I am looking to get this book too.
-
So, how did it go?

Here is an explanation of the different oats. http://www.epicurious.com/tools/fooddictionary/entry/?id=3686
-
How are you cooking them? If you have them thawed, you can thin them out by using a meat mallet. Making cooking them a little easier.
-
I have never understood the love for these things. Way too much salt. I would rather make my own noodles and season to my liking.
-
Exactly.

Welcome!

That is 1/2 cup dry to 1 cup water (I use a little less water personally). I make old fashion oats in the microwave for a snack. I love it.
-
It is high in fat and calories. About 213 calories for 3 ounces (cooked) and 16 grams of fat It is also very high in sodium. According to this link 3 ounces cooked is 964 mg of sodium. http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-beef-cured-corned-brisket-cooked-i13347?size=2

Is it in the packet with the seasoning packet? If it is then, get a large pot out. Rinse the meat and put it in the pot and cover with cold water. Add seasoning packet. Then bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer till done. It is very simple to make. But warning, it will shrink up.
-
What is the water to oats ratio you are using? I make mine in a pressure cooker. eta - Instant oats are yucky IMHO. Steel Cut are going to be chewier than what you are use to. But you can make them creamier with a higher water to oats ratio. You can also make them in the crockpot.

I have had 3 c-sections. So I know what you are talking about. From what I am learning, cardio will be the best thing. It just takes a while. I even called my OB/GYN (who didn't do my CS's but I love her anyway. ) She said, cardio, running (which is cardio), Yoga, Pilattes and Kegels. I am finally starting to…

Check this thread. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/193462-for-the-ladies-i-need-suggestions-for-supportive-workout-w I wanted the Moving Comfort Bra (Fiona). But I am going to have to get it online. Nordstroms doesn't carry it in their stores. I did end up getting the Kristina Bra at Soma Intimates. I am a 40DD.
-
The Soma Bra does have an underwire.
-
I tried that. They do not come big enough for me.
-
Moving Comfort gets excellent reviews. I tried to buy the Fiona at Nordtsroms but they don't carry it in the store. http://www.movingcomfort.com/dyn_category.php?k=344592 Here is the Fiona. http://www.movingcomfort.com/product/344605/350003/_/Fiona I was going thru the mall and found a store and said "why not go in." Add me to the HRM market. I want to get one, but I can't spend a lot of $$$.
-
Which one did you get? I am thinking of getting one.
-
I need to do that. I am strength training, but not getting credit for it. :frown:
-
