I heard a rumor these were supposed to be Teddy Grahams flavor...not sure how accurate that is?

The flavor is great but those cereal chunks gross me out :s

Just coming off a 100 - day run streak. At least a mile a day from Memorial Day - Labor Day (plus yesterday to get to an even 100 days). I'm gladly taking today off but I'm proud I was able to stick with it through the humid summer months when I usually find way too many excuses not to run!

On the Fitbit issue, the advice is to NOT disconnect and relink at this time: Our apologies for any issues with your connected Fitbit account. Today at around 11:45am we noticed an issue with our Fitbit sync causing a backlog which would affect the data syncing between your accounts. Initially, when the issue was first…

PLEASE be extremely careful with this stuff if you have dogs or are around any that could accidentally get ahold of this. Xylitol is very toxic to dogs and can cause liver failure. Sorry to be a buzzkill. Back to posting yummy food!

The way I understood it is that each flavor will only be available in the region it was inspired by: "The eight “Tastes of America” flavors are: Pacific Northwest: Thai Sweet Chili Northeast: New England Lobster Roll Heartland and Mid-America: Deep Dish Pizza Mid-Atlantic: Chesapeake Bay Crab Spice Midwest: Fried Pickles…

UGH!! I accidentally bought the dairy free Caramel Macchiato this weekend and it was disguisting. I ate half the pint all the while trying to figure out why it was so disappointing this time...finally noticed it was dairy free when I was putting it away. GROSS. They really need to mark the dairy free line better...they…

Well done! I can confirm that Bojangles Chicken Supremes addiction is in fact a real thing :p

UGH!! Today is my "back on the wagon" day & you just reminded me I had one in my car that I'd forgotten about. I may have to skip dinner just to make this fit ;)

Also had to google what "hip dips" were...luckily, this was the first article I opened http://www.blogilates.com/blog/2017/07/10/do-you-have-a-hip-dip/

Since you only seem to be willing to take advice from people who have "tried" the diet, I'll chime in. I did a 30 day round and lost about 15 or so pounds and did a few weeks here or there after that. I sure wish I could get back the time and money and lost social life I lost to that diet (and many more like it). The diet…

I read a quote a few years that said something along the lines of "Motivation is Fleeting. Discipline is Reliable." The version I have pinned on my Pinterest page has a lot more curse words in it, but you get the gist. It was a huge paradigm shift for me & I realized that I may NEVER really feel motivated to exercise, eat…

This thing is a lifesaver for me when in between sizes (which I always am since my waist is smaller than my large(r) thighs). Even if my pants fit, I'll sometime wear it to smooth out the button area if i'm wearing a slim fitting shirt. https://www.amazon.com/isABelt-0-5-Original-Invisible-Belt/dp/B003IMG7QS

Such a great post and lots I'm going to take to heart. Especially after an instance the other day where I saw someone I work out with after she had been away for several weeks. I told her how skinny she was getting *cringe* and she responded that she had recently had surgery and been unable to keep food down for weeks. I…

I'm in!!! I've lost 25 pounds (veeerrryy slowly over the last 2.5 years) and have been (unintentionally) maintaining for several months. I'm ready to finally kick it into gear and lose the last 8-10 vanity pounds. I shoot for about 1500 calories a day and workout 5-6 days a week (bootcamp x 3 with a couple runs mixed in…

True Story. I'm still on some private group for this diet on Facebook-hey, it's entertainment-and I can't tell you the number of times poor people will FREAK OUT because they accidentally had broccoli on a phase where broccoli isn't an approved vegetable. You ate broccoli honey, the world is not going to come to an end!!!!

I'm really glad it's worked out so far for you and has helped you get your kids involved in cooking & enjoying healthy foods. Those are huge wins. I'm vocal about not being a fan of this "diet"--it's certainly not because I am against eating healthy foods as close to their natural state as possible or cooking healthy meals…
-
Exactly!!! You say you hate to cook, yet you picked a diet that allows almost no processed food & makes eating out impossible. I get that that you are currently very motivated because this is new to you; however, it seems to me that this will be hard to stick with long term for the very reasons you state you currently love…

Thanks for the tip. I just found Serial a month or so ago & was OBSESSED with it...not hating the second season but it's not nearly as intriguing for me. I'll be listening to Undisclosed tonight on my walk.

For those of you with a library card (I know it's not as common these days), check out the app "Overdrive". You can check out audiobooks & download them to the app with your library card. It's been amazing for me & keeps me entertained when I'm walking the dog (though I still need music for running).
