This is definitely abuse. If you stay, it will most guaranteed get worse. He has similiar traits to my ex husband. The best thing imo is to leave, he doesn't deserve you and you don't deserve that trreatment ever.

I completely agree with this. My feet overpronates so I had to seek out footwear that will stabilize them as I pound the pavement. This is my 2nd time doing C25K (stopped at week 6 last time), I will be running my first 5K June 24, 2012 and so looking forward to it.

I just got the hand held Omron fat loss monitor, within a week my body fat dropped from 28.1% to 27.1% with the bmi the same at 27.1.

She seems a little unreasonable. I use to go to the same gym as my ex and b/c we had different fitness goals we hardly ever " worked out together", crying is a little extreme imo. Hopefully tthe two of you can come to a happy medium.

I haven't seen my ex-husband yet but I definitely want to be prepared when I do. I was steadily losing and toning before we split and his sick *kitten* told me I'll never lose the rest...Wait and see boy, wait and see :glasses:

Thank you for this!! I have a better idea of what I should be aiming for: TDEE: 2307 Daily Calorie Goal: 1961 (TDEE - 15%) BMR: 1488 Daily Calorie Deficit: 473 (Daily Calorie Goal-BMR) Question on the days I don't work out, should I only be eating at my BMR or my daily calorie goal?

I'm in the same boat entering into Week 3 and have gained 4 pounds. Yet my clothes are still loose and my measurements are the same from when I started.

I always shower at the gym mainly b/c during the week I'm taking public transportation and I dare not go around other people smelling funky. Even if it wasn't for this, I would still shower at the gym after my workouts b/c I'm so sweaty and dirty. Funny but the showers at my gym are amazing and very relaxing

Excellent post!!! Very encouraging it takes time and tremendous efforts but it is WORTH it in the end.

I just restarted yesterday. I never quite finished the last time and haven't been consecutive. I completed Lvl 1 Day 2 today and striving to put a full effort and Complete the program. Lvl 1 is manageable for me, however Level 2 makes me cry lol.

I can relate somewhat to this. I just logged my 295th day this week and I've been trying to lose my last 15lbs since the summer. It got down to 10 but then I gained 5 back by foolish eating and slacking on workouts. I guess for me I haven't been this small in so long it got to my head, so now it's back to the drawing…

Hi I'm starting Week 2 today. I'm building myself back up to running after some knee problems in May. I have the C25K Lite app on my phone. Is that the best version?

My feet overpronates I purchased the Nike Lunar glides last spring and they were great in keeping my stabilized. Yet they don't seem to support me as much anymore. Does anyone know how long you should keep running shoes?

I don't have a cheat meal or day per say, it just kind of happens. Usually they're pretty spaced out and mostly always a craving that I let linger for a few days. This way I know I really want it.

I'm finding the same thing for me too. I'm about 10-12 pounds away from goal, just 8 pounds away to a healthy weight according to my doctor and it's been really hard to lose all of a sudden.
