I am only very freshly 199... My mind still tells me I am 218 +. Trying to change my way of thinking and find good support and people to help me stay motivated and to hopefully motivate in return. I have gotten as low as 185 a few times and then I just stop and gain back plus some... I really cant afford to do that now…

been keeping up strength training every other day.....following a womens lifting guideline ....it was hard to make myself so it today but so glad I did :-) Love reading everyones different styles and dedication.....

rest day yesterday 70 squats finished today......does anyone break them up or do most do them all at once? Im thinking when it gets over 100 it will be better to split them but i get sore so maybe I should just get them done :-)
