    Count me in. This is my list: soda, chips, candies, cookies, ice cream, caramel anything, milk chocolate, cake, white bread, rice, store-bought juice. Yurp, my poisons are sugarbombs.

    Just came across this thread after spending the weekend camping and binging on typical "camp" food--so I greatly need to detox from the junk food! Just joined the group....so count me in too!! :happy:

    I am way late in joining.. but I still need to do this...
    My food list would include:
    Frozen coffee
    ice cream
    frozen yogurt
    homemade cookies!

    I was thinking about my list and it cracks me up... I wonder why I struggle with my weight... LOL.. I wish it was just chocolate! LOL
    My first day is today.... Aug 12 and my last day would be September 2nd!!!!

    God no wonder I carry extra fat..
