21 day junk free challenge!

Options
I want to try to go 21 days junk free! On day 22 I can have one reasonable treat, if I want. Would anyone like to join me? We could set up a group for it and support each other. Then when this challenge is done we could start another! :)

What you consider "junk" and what your own particular weaknesses are may differ, but my list includes:

chocolate, especially NUTELLA
pizza
white bread
crisps
biscuits/cookies
ice cream
cake

****ty food in general, basically. Everyone can have their own personal list.
