I get dizzy when I don't eat enough. I was also told to increase sodium to raise my pressure

I have the body bugg (body media), that I wear pretty much 24/7 I love it!. It seems really accurate, it goes off of heat your muscles put off. As long as I follow calorie goals I lose weight

Lots of bodyweight movements. and running. Running stairs a lot, and with weight if you can. Running towers in gear adds about 20 pounds min. See if your department has a video for the PAT and go from there

Does it happen more with carbs/ sugar?? Could it be more you are worrying about your food intake? stress increases your Heart rate

I personally like activity trackers better then HRM. I have body bugg(basically the body media). Which I love!! I can see what my calorie burn for every minute of the day was. Working out has given me confidence!!! I have more now at 200 then I did at 150. Lifting heavy weights...being able to tackle those you know you can tackle anything in life. You become more confident in yourself. Crossfit :)
