Lift heavy stuff over and over again. Burpees push-ups squats. You could stay the same size weight wise but lose clothing sizes with weight training. I'm a crossfit junkie myself

I don't think I could be someone who doesn't work out. The highlight of my day is crossfit. I love the way it makes me feel, how much stronger I've gotten. When I have down time I would love someone to go o a run or walk with. I want to be healthy for me and my family and I would like him to feel the same way

Cant watch the link But anyways.. Rewards cause me to sabotage myself. I told myself I would by new shoes for crossfit when I got under 200. Great reward right? You can custom design the colors, Well ive gained 2 pounds since then.

I so understand that I'll end up half way through my calories before noon. I do a protein shake split in 2. I use to sealed bottles and split a shake between them, add ice,coffee. And I'll. add sugar free torani syrups. Total Cal 165 Pro 30 Carbs 4 Tides me over to lunch....at 10 am

I don't run regularly cause I do crossfit6 days. When I do run its around 2-3 1/4 miles. I guess since I don't do several days a week I don't really think of myself as a runner

Most of my workouts are running with crossfit not just straight running. This was the only "run" this week.

I run occasionally and do crossfit. For cross fit we run and do weights. I Like to run on leg days that way they have more rest time on days we focus on upper body movements. I run less on my own since starting crossfit but my distance and time have improved since ive strengthened those muscles.

I eat over 2000 cals a day and have. Binges. Not the type that I ate to many cookies, the type of that of an eating disorder

Check with a doctor. Do you have any circulatory issues? Hypertension? I sometimes get that I thought it might b a reaction to something I touched.
