Im an LPN. I am taking classes for RN pre reqs (cLasses start backp this month). I was working in a SNF and ended up working all 3 shifts and gained a little and messed up my normal eating routine. I have about 40 to lose.

Use it,!!! I love it! Very few people ask questions about mine. It's so nice cause it syncs with mfp. I love everything about it(except the $7 a month), I'm sorry you don't like it.

Im almost 5 10 and my lowest was 155.4, I looked sickly at that weight. My focus this time is strong and not skinny, with the goal around 170 -175

Lifting weights at 13 can mess up the growth rate. Body weight exercises and cardio should be ok.
