    I've barely been lifting this summer.

    Currently for 3 sets of 5:
    Bench: 95
    Squat: 95
    Deads: 135

    In the past I've benched 115, squatted 135, and deadlifted 200. :sad:

    I have impaired balanced from getting nerve damage in my legs a few years ago. It's not safe for me to squat of deadlift any more. I leg press 260 and I bench 135. Have recently de-loaded due to taking a month off following some surgery in my ankle. Two months ago my bench press was 145.

    I don't bench regularly so don't know on that one.

    That's exciting. I'm testing tomorrow night. I'm 8 weeks out from a meet and have been trying a new program. Squat feels poopy but bench and deadlift are feeling pretty solid.

    Pretty much stalled on all of my lifts but I am training for a Spartan Beast so that is ok. I will get back on track Nov. 1st.

    I've been working on form & volume a bit... These are my most recent max's

    Bench - 65
    Squat - 100
    Deadlift - 105

    ETA: I only started doing proper deadlifts in July - I have an old vicious injury that I've been protecting for a long time, per doctor & trainer advice.

    I had much more awesome numbers - till I threw out my back and realized my form was awful. So here are my current stats with proper form:

    Bench: 60
    Squat: 80 (really struggling with weak gluteus medius)
    Deadlift: 160

    I get really frustrated because I feel like these numbers are pathetic. trying to remember that 1) I'm really tiny myself (deadlift is 1.5x) and 2) it's better to go slow than get hurt. :/

    Started in March with the barbell for the first time. I did some weight lifting YEARS ago, but it was all on machines.

    I know that I can squat more I am just working on form. keeping all the weight in my heels, lifting from my glutes and hamstrings, not my quads.

    Had a car accident years ago and was warned to keep the squats and deads light - I have been eeking my way up and some days I feel the pull. I'm okay where I am with it at this point, but we'll see. Would like to up my bench though.
