Thanks :) But do you happen to know howI can get rid of all the water weight if I've been drinking a lot of water, eating fiber, plenty of fruits and veggies and protein :( the scale always goes up when I eat healthy, but the minute I stop exercising (had to stop once 'cause I injured my ankle while skiing) and start…

It's only 'cause I posted a similar question on Yahoo answers, and most people said it was muscle. Wasn't satisfied with that answer, so posted on MFP to get another opinion.

i haven't taken measurements :/ i know i should...lol I will. But I do know I lost fat since I dropped a pant size and my work uniforms are a lot looser now (they're not stretchable), and my several of my jeans are really loose that I have to wear a belt, or else it'll fall down to my ankles when i walk

Haha yeah...i just got scared with the muscle part, though. I once stopped working out for two weeks and lost my ab definition. That's why I'm scared...I tried doing ab exercises while I had the boil but the next morning it swelled up more 'cause I caused friction by laying on the mat and doing all these crunches and…

oh okay thanks...I always worked out when I was sick too, I guess that's why. I'd push myself til I cried :(

I do still walk, though :) All the time...park far and everything, take 10 flights of stairs up to my work, and make sure that I always use the bathroom far away at work...and I walk in the mornings...but I'm just scared my endurance with the really high intensity exercises would die down if I just go back to…

it's 3 inches in diameter and it's on a nerve that's affecting my legs and spine, and I find it hard to move any part of my body. I've tried working it out for a whole week when it first started with really intense exercises, because i didn't want to make any excuses, and wanted to tough it out. Now it's just gotten even…

it's 3 inches in diameter and it's on a nerve that's affecting my entire body. I've tried working it out for a whole week with intense exercises, because i didn't want to make any excuses. Now it's just gotten even bigger and is more irritated. If you must know, it's on my private part area.

Yeah you're right :/ I tend to do that a lot. It's just that I've been retaining water so much and I wanted to know if not being consistent with my water intake is the culprit... :(
-
I know it's perfectly okay, lol :) I was asking if you would think it would be a good idea or if it would be more effective than doing the workout alone. :)
-
I know it's okay to, but I wanted to know if you guys thought it would be MORE effective than just doing 30DS alone.
-
thanks, I almost thought I'd be a wimp if I stopped exercising just because of that, but thankfully hearing it from you guys that it's pretty serious, I feel relieved lol. Will it cancel out the first two days of hard work that I did, though? :(

I see :) what if it was only a one day binge? like something I only do every 3 months...

Ohhh wait so how come they say that after a binge, you should just continue to eat your normal calories instead of consuming lesser calories the next day? They all say that it's bad to consume lesser calories (For example, 1200 is the person's limit, so on the binge day she eats 1800 calories, but articles say that eating…

WOW thanks for the replies everyone! So it is just a myth then huh? lol I guess the reason I believed that it was true was because whenever I eat at night, it takes my body like 2-3 days to uhm...expel the waste...which left me constipated...even if I take LOTS of fiber and eat lots of veggies, and drink a lot of water…
