I think its great for beginners..its fun to do w/ the kids...and anything that gets ur butt off the couch and moving is better than nothing!! WAYYY OFF! I was 15 when I got mine. I weighed 145 ( which never changes on your license in MS) I now weigh 282 WTH!!! OMG i just got me a little more motivation!!! :embarassed:
