HI! FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS TRY TO DO WHAT MFP RECOMMENDS...AND DO ATLEAST 30 MIN A DAY OR MORE. DONT START OUT SO STRICT OR OVERWORK URSELF. YOU'LL END UP HATING IT AND NOT DOING WELL. ITS HARD TO ONLY EAT 1200 CALORIES A DAY STARTING OUT!!

I THINK YOU JUST HAVE TO MAKE IT A HABIT...LIKE..I EAT GOTTA LOG IT ( THIS ALSO PREVENTS OVEREATING) MY MAIN THING IS I DO GOOD AT WORK AND THEN WHEN I GET HOME AFTER WORK, THE KIDS, HOMEWORK, COOKING SUPPER I JUST DONT DO IT....ITS HARD!!

they have shrimp salads,chicken that are great just use salsa as dressing or get 2 grilled fish or chicken tacos w/ pico my fav is grilled shrimp salad w lettuce onion tomato w/ 2 slices of avacado and i eat 5 chips w/ salsa ( so i can get my fix)

i would have a big salad w/ all them veggies and chop up boiled egg and ham on it or chicken or tuna or make a hamburger steak w/ a baked potato and green beans or make homemade meatballs w/ the ground beef to put in the spagetti w/ a side salad

no nuts are a great filling snack and will help u not overeat. Just as long as u fit them in ur caloric intake for the day they are fine

I FORGET EXACLTY...ITS ON HIS WEBSITE TOO..PRETTY MUCH HE DOSENT AGREE W/ 500 CALORIES BEING HEALTHY BUT THERE IS LOST OF EVIDENCE THAT IS DOES WORK BUT THERE IS SIDE EFFECTS..SUCH AS HAIR LOSS...CRANKY ETC .
