                I've just always had trouble getting enough calories for some reason...it used to be worse. I upped my carbs last night and had no problem. And when I tried to take that nap it had need a few hours after eating lunch.

                I'm not sure, I doubt I'd be in ketosis within the first 24 hours, plus my carb intake hasn't been low enough for that.

                I'm slowly easing back into a traditional low carb per day, that's why the fruit and oats are still there. And I definitely know I'm not pregnant, you gotta do the horizontal hustle lol and for me, I rep the single and celibate life hahaha. No vertigo, only nausea when I lay down to sleep. If I'm standing I'm just peachy.

                Most def! I'll probably experiment though...I'm going to have a serving of rice and fish...it'll bring me up to 100 before subtracting fiber.

                I'll probably experiment some to figure out a good range for myself...my dr is kinda a quack...told me if I ate one piece of fruit a day (that's it all day) I'd lose weight...well duh, if I have a death wish!

                Only thing I can think of is the carb level. I'm making sure I'm eating veggies, proteins and fats, as well as drinking plenty of fluids...I'm wondering if that is it...if I should just keep to moderate "low" carb...

                I dropped from 210 since i went pescatarian a little over a year ago along with cardio and weights. Then i got lazy, high stress, popped back up to 190, then dropped to 181, and now im stuck between that and 183.                 Soooooo just reminded me that i have cashews! I'll give that a try. No milk for me though...tummy hates it lol. Right now, it feels like ive been eating all day to be honest. Looks like i need to go buy avocados too!

                I'm trying my hardest to get above 1200...I have to prelog everything to make sure i eat it now. I think i got stuck in the "1200 to lose weight" thing. :laugh:

                I have, i upped my calorie goal to 1500, and right now its hell for me to even make it to that. I get full really quick, im guessing because i wasnt eating a higher amount of calories for a long time. And even with eating back calories after exercising, I'm still struggling.:(

                True, I am hoping to get more info on all this...I'm sick of not only seeing the numbers on the scale bounce like that, but the same goes for my measurements.

                Well, these muffins aren't just for me, but my grandparents too. My grandmother is sensitive to eggs, even in baked goods, so I'm trying to find a replacement for her as well. (I do the cooking for them, so its some good knowledge to have:))
