How would you log HIIT?

So, I'm planning a HIIT workout on the elliptical for tomorrow, and there isnt any other option other than just "elliptical". Would there be a difference, or would I log it another way?

    When I used to do HIIT on the treadmill, I'd log the minutes I went at a low pace, and the minutes I did sprinting. If you don't have a HRM, maybe there's an option to log high intensity and low intensity elliptical in the database.

    Edit: well I just looked in the database, and there's only one level of elliptical. So my best answer is investing in a HRM if you want something closer.
