Hello! I've hit a plateau after 28lbs lost...i keep bouncing around between 181 and 183 and its nerve wracking. How would you log HIIT?
So, I'm planning a HIIT workout on the elliptical for tomorrow, and there isnt any other option other than just "elliptical". Would there be a difference, or would I log it another way?

losing inches on waist, but not hips.
Ok, so I took my measurements today and noticed I'm losing inches in my waist, but I gained in my hips...I lost and inch and a half in my hips, then gained an inch back, butnin my waist I lost 3 inches...no gain back. I've dropped 21lbs so far. I guess I'm just confused on the random inch gain. Any ideas?

(Hope I'm in the right place.) Hi! I've been looking into taking a B5 suppliment. The only thing I'm worried about is that most suppliments I found are 250-500mg, and the reccomended amount is 5mg...am I missing something or is that too much? I'm hoping someone can help clear this up for me.

Egg and oil substitutions?
OK, I have a blueberry muffin mix (Marie calendars), and I'm wondering what i can replace the eggs and oil with. it calls for one egg and 2 tablespoons of oil(and milk, but I'm using almond milk).
