Today is my last day of level 1. Level 3 seems a million miles away even though its only 10 days away!

Im the same as you, today is day 9 for me and Ive only lost a pound so far. Although I feel like it should be 5 pounds, I feel so much better. I toko measurements at the beginning, and wil measure again at the end of the 30 days but it does get you down when you dont see it on the scales.

I am so far away from level 3. Im on day 8 level 1. Fee great after doing it though every night. Down a pound today. I honestly feel like Im down about 5 pounds! Ive definitely lost inches.

Today should be L1Day 7 but I am going to an aerobics class tonight after work and I'll miss tomorrow aswell as I am going running after work, so I'll be skipping two days and back to the 30DS on Wednesday. Will I find it really tough again, like I am starting all over again?

Its always 8pm by the time I get any time to myself to do the 30ds etc. So I do it and then I have dinner. It couldnt be close to 9pm. Not ideal I know but its the only choice I have.

Did Level 1 day 2 last night. Wasnt half as bad as the first day. Already feel that my thighs are that teeny tiny bit smaller. I measured last night and was shocked to find that my thigh was 22" and my upper arm was 11". So my upper arms are half as big as my thighs? AGHHHHHH and I always hated my arms! Looking forward to…

Im going to join in this thread if thats ok? I started last night, today is day 2, but I can only do the work outs in the nights after work and putting kids to bed etc. My inner thighs are awake today to put it mildly. Those squats are killers. Didnt have time to measure last night so I'll do that tonight :)

Well I did it! I was absolutely shattered last night coz after work I had to cook up batch dinners for my 7 mth old. Started it at 9pm - Im usually thinking of going to bed at that hour so it was a big ask for me. I found it tough I have to say, and I would consider myself reasonable fit. Thanks everyone, looking at the weekly intake definitely makes sense. I had two glasses of wine last night that made me go over on calories, but I am religioulsy very good in sticking with it so I'm not too worried overall. I'll see what today brings!

I'm the same! Started MFP on 2nd Jan. I am low carbing in so far as I cut out bread and breakfast cereals - but I did it because I feel so much better and I've no bloating, but thats the extent of low carbing. Aww I'd love to join you all. I am new to MFP and I ordered the DVD last week. I am still waiting on it to arrive, I cant use youtube because the internet service is terrible where we live. I will start as soon as it arrives, hopfully next week. Dont forget to take before photos!!
