Heart rate and "fat burning zone"
Hi all, Quick question. I treated myself to a garmin forerunner 110. I use it for running and cycling. Apparently my Max HR is 200 - 35 = 185bpm. The best heart rate zone to be in for fat burning is 55% - 75% which is 99 - 130bpm. I typically run a 8.5 - 9 min mile. My heart rate for most of my run is 165 - 175 and towards…

First time without stopping
Yesterday was day 7 level 1 and it was the first time I could complete the work out without stopping. How does that compare to everyone else? Im thinking I should have been able to do that days ago! I am reading in a lot of posts about adding friends etc.... I know how to do it, I just added my sister, but whats the advantage? Whats the difference if I have zero friends or 50 friends on my friends list? Is there something special going on behind the scenes that I dont know about? Thanks!

If I go over my daily allowance of calories, should I stick to my recommended calories for the next day or try to stay under them in an effort to make up for the previous day?
