Garlic Potatoes

Morning.

My mother in law makes the best garlic potaotes ever, so tasty but obviously the only good thing in them is the garlic - the spuds and cream not so good!

Has anyone ever tried make them with difference ingredients but still very tasty?

    Why don't you get your mother-in-law's recipe and then substitute the high fat ingredients. You could probably substitute the cream for a low-fat yoghurt, for instance.
