Logging egg muffins

Quick question please.

I made egg muffins last night and had one for reakfast today - whats the best way to log these on my food diary?
When I searched for egg muffins I could only find Mcdonalds, Burger King and Subway results.

    If you made them, it would be easiest to go to the "recipes" tab and enter them as a recipe. You can add the ingredients and the number of serves, and it will save for next time you make them. That was you know it is accurate.

    It's handy, you can edit your recipes too, in care you tweak them :)
