  • Are you also working out, or just watching your calories? Veggies are a good filler if you're getting hungry. I take carrots with me about everywhere I go!
  • My little guy is almost 2 so I workout while he's napping or after he goes to bed. On the rare occasion that I do it while he's awake he walks around looking at me like I've lost my mind! Kids are too funny :)
  • Thanks ladies! Us mommas have to support each other because losing weight/getting fit/getting healthy is not always the easiest thing to do!

  • I have been replacing one workout a week with a small run. I was not a runner before and I am improving my times and distance just going once a week. It is taking me a bit longer to finish Insanity, but I like running, so that's what I do. Take the rest day though! Just my opinion!
  • I just started being active on here and I am on everyday. Please feel free to add me!
  • I was aiming for 1400 calories, but then I started working out pretty heavy. Now I shoot for around 1700, but some days I only get 1000. It depends on how much exercise you are doing!
  • I have been using the mobile app to track my running, but I have just logged into the site this week. I also could use some motivating friends, feel free to add me!
