Yes they are highly processed, yes they are high sodium but if your in a rush, didn't plan, didn't pack, need a quick meal than they are the better alternative to other frozen meal products. It shouldn't be a part of your weekly meal plan but it can be a good thing to keep on hand for those "oh ****" moments.

I plan weekly by the sales circular. If chicken is on sale I plan chicken, if ground turkey is on sale I plan that. I use the sales and Pinterest for most all of my meal planning

Its similar. I tricked my boyfriends 4 year old into thinking it was pasta. I just put some sauce and Parmesan cheese on it, part skim mozz if your are trying to disguise it further for children, some garlic. Delicious! I've also heard of people baking the squash with salsa inside and pairing it with chicken and some guac.

Most of my routine includes v up crunches with at least a 5 pound weight in each hand, Russian twists with weight, planks, and scissor kicks. I just started trying pike ups using a stability ball but I'm just trying to find some fresh material to keep me interested :smile:

Does the gym offer a trial period membership or day passes at a reasonable price? I would look into a trial run or a couple day passes to try it out to see if its something you'd like to do before you jump into something you aren't totally sure about.

I never stretch cold, I always do a warmup before I try to stretch anything out and if you feel like you may have pulled something you don't want to stretch it, you will just injure yourself further

When my muscles hurt I roll a rolling pin (sometimes I put it in the freezer first) over them to work it out a little. Take a day or two to rest your legs and let it mend.
