*BUMP* but also just read a recipe for portabella caps cook ground turkey and mix with other veg that you would put on a pizza with some sauce, fill the cap and put some cheese on top. You could also taco fill them

5'2" at 145 goal set at 130 but I would prefer 125. I'm not setting the bar too high just because it isnt always about what the scale says its how I feel about what it says in respect of what I look like :smile:

I'm doing 30 to 60 minutes Elytical with incline and a level 12 resistance everyday. Semolina bread toasted with cream cheese and bbq sauce. But I also like peanut butter with pepperoni. And I dip french fries in vanilla milkshakes and popcorn in soda OBVIOUSLY this is nothing I can eat at the moment....damn it!

Maybe you should start thinking reduction (just my opinion please no one bite my head off). My sister is a GG and is going in next month for her reduction because she struggles with exercise do to her back (weight from the bobos). I'm a DD and I double up, bra + sports bra...can't imagine a J eeek!

Okay time to BREATHE! Don't be discouraged, you've reach a little road block...no biggy! Wet food make you feel fuller longer...try switching out some of your calories with ones that include wet foods. Hit the reset in your mind don't weigh yourself for a week and don't obsess. Its just a little bump just push through it!

I'm 1200 cals too. Try to plan ahead with your meals/snacks because its really important to eat. You dont need to eat in excess of that but you should cover the 1200. I keep a snack at work so that while I have a minute and I feel the rumble I can just grab my special K bar. You can do it!

I think its great! I mean kids now sit on the couch with an iPad and play PS3 and do NADA! It not like your psycho gym mom whos forcing her to workout, you just want her to be active. I remember growing up my dad would run and I would ride my bike next to him around and around and around. Good for you!

Thanks All! I do minor lifting to keep muscles active, don't want to bulk up considering my arm muscles are already somewhat big for my size.

You will hate it until you see yourself making progress, then I bet you will like it. As for your feet, they make specific running shoes for high arches...go get fitted and see if they have anything that will help. Best of Luck!

But eating more just because you can and not hungry is idiotic. I am learning how MFP works, I'm new not stupid. I thought it was only supposed to be positive things not snappy unnecessary remarks. I didn't appreciate that.
