My weight loss has stymied this month as well. January I was careful with carbs and calories and lost 14 pounds. February I added in the 30 day shred exercise 5-6 times a week and the weight loss has dropped to nothing. It is quite discouraging. The majority of my calories come at dinner time too. But that seems reasonable for me, because those calories have to last me the greatest number of hours. Since I won't be eating again till the next day. So long as your entire days worth of calories aren't exceeding your daily goal, you should be fine.

Drink lots of water. Post pone your dinner to after 6pm. Simply don't buy snacks that are not good for you. If its not in your house, you can't eat it.
