I have 2 friends in the last 2 months that have lost 45 lbs off of this stuff. both were in a size 13 and are not in a 1.

the phentermine works but a lot of people gain back the weight and I have been on them and they make me super cranky and irritable that its not worth it!!!

I dont wear mine for the fact that they are not very strong and I have bent two rings when lifting weights!
