My sister in-law was doing it too but gave up after 2 weeks bc she actually gained weight. Stick with it, its probably muscles that you built that keeping the scale the same :)....... I hate that about Men when it comes to weight most of the time.... its like just putting the extra index finger strength to put the toilet…

We are doing classic. But on the "rest week" we did plyo and core synergistics every other day. Also if we missed a workout we did doubles the next day. Which one are you doing??
