I love you, but I don't like you. You create no positive feelings; you can't be the victim all of the time.

I separate my Wildberry Skittles by color. I eat the green/pink ones first, because blue/purple/red is where it's at!

I use the LCARS and Punisher. Sometimes, when I want to challenge my brain, I use Roman Numerals.

Good - I'll argue on behalf of people I dislike if they're in the right Bad - I stay inside my head too much

He is more than a hero he is a god in my eyes-- the man who is allowed to sit beside you -- he who listens intimately to the sweet murmur of your voice, the enticing laughter that makes my own heart beat fast. If I meet you suddenly, I can' speak -- my tongue is broken; a thin flame runs under my skin; seeing nothing,…

Back when we brought our CD collection to work to listen to, the guys found my Mary Poppins soundtrack. They were kind enough to "assume" it was my daughter's. It was not.

I really enjoy P90X. The above poster is correct that the workout range of 60-90 minutes can detract from your goal of fitting in workout time. I went along with the videos until I had good form, and then for the strength days I just followed the book. Cuts time to about 25 minutes. Cardio days I had to stick with the…

I joined the rowing team (crew) as a freshman in high school. After the initial spring season, I discovered there were summer and fall programs. I rowed for a total of eleven seasons in four years. Hence, nut4crew.

In addition to the above excellent points, there is also an inactivity alarm and the timer available on the Jawbone UP. I now have a Fitbit Flex, and miss those two features greatly. I forget to look at a clock to start and stop my workouts, but remembered to start/stop the timer using the UP, dunno why. And I had my…

I had a Jawbone UP first, and really liked it, but it died on me. I did some research, and found they had a high fail rate, even for the second iteration. I don't know how sturdy the UP24 is. So I now have a Fitbit Flex, and really wish I had an UP. Since I use MFP to log food, I'm not worried about which interface has a…

I added my own P90X workout to the cardio section database, and input the calories manually, based on HRM results or the P90X calculator @ http://p90xcalories.com/.

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Going to rest it completely for a week, then start looking at upper body and core workouts I can do. The doctor gave me an air brace, and luckily I see the physical therapist for my back tomorrow. Hopefully, she can give me a good timeframe for ankle healage.

Not really. I've tried just stepping, and that's better, but not great. The nausea goes away when I start joggin in place, so I don't know if it's an arms above the head thing; maybe I'll just try high knees.
-
I was told by the salesman they don't have enough support/cushioning, since plyometrics tend to take a toll on one's knees; for me, it's my back. Back pain is a common issue with me, I don't want to aggravate it any more than I already do with my current P90X/Insanity hybrid workout routine.

I try to use them for everything but plyometric type workouts. Certainly notice the difference, especially during P90X's Legs & Back. Love them!

Workouts are six days a week, and shift between weights and cardio, with a yoga workout thrown in the mix. If you follow the dvd, they can be up to an hour (yoga is 90 minutes). As for sample workout content, here's a link for back and biceps, one of my favorites:…
