@KnitOrMiss so you take 400 in the morning and evening? Would this vary by size of the person?

I know the daily recommendation (as far as keto is concerned) is 4-6 grams a day. Should I be on the higher end of that since a bigger then most (tall too :)).

Funny you should mention that. For years my vitamin D had been low and it may have been a big part of the problem. I started taken vitamin D 10000 IU and my last test shows to be in the very lower end of normal.

Just wanted to say, I increased my salt intake. First, I did a boulion cube yesterday afternoon, then one this morning and I was going pretty well so the sodium advice works! I want constipated, but wasn't going as much.

I'm not having any stomach discomfort at all; i'm just not going as much. It's not much "matter". but I still go. I drunk some magnesium citrate and it when right through me. Looks like i would have to up my sodium. I've been doing 1 tsp of sea salt maybe every couple days and my wife don't put a lot of salt in the food.…

IF i'm not mistaken, looks like Pycnogenol and Black seed oil has similar properties. I wonder if they both do the same thing? I have some black seed oil i'm probably going to take both. I just ordered mine on amazon 120 count.

Highest weight since starting to lose again was 369.6 current weight is 343.6 and my goal weight is 250. Started Keto Jan 20ish. So... SW: 368.8 CW: 343.6 GW: 250 (might change!:))

I just had surgery and I wasn't able to walk around school (I'm a teacher) alot because of pain. Well, since, I lost some weight, I am able to walk around alot more. Yesterday was the most I've walked around the school in a long time.

Yes to this. Dr. Fungs research says that there is little to no muscle loss. That happens when situations gets severe (starvation).

I find this to be true, because I started having inflammation issues in my elbows before, it spread to my other joints (knees, shoulders, and hips). I do wish I started researching sooner.

WOW! I am touched my everyone's responses. Thank you so much. I'm going to discourage my wife from letting her weigh herself again but maybe go by inches. I don't want her to think her self worth is associated with what she weights. Thank you again so much! If anyone else wants to "weigh in" on the situation, please do so.

Thanks everyone for your comments so far. great advice. I can't believe I forgot to mention how old my daughter is! She is 9 years old. I'm not forcing keto on her but I definitely want to lower her carbs or educate her about it.

I don't think I'm expert enough to give deep advice to be honest. @GaleHawkins I think I may be sleeping on the wobenzyme and I'm also going to look into the Pycnogenol as well. I bought the wobenzyme but it's sitting in my medicine/vitamin bucket.
