Me! I just started a new program because I need a kickstart. I've been at a standstill! I'm having surgery in 6 weeks and will need some down time, but would like to lose at least 5 before I have to be down and out for a month, especially during the holidays!

I'm 35 and have two bum knees. One worse than the other due to cartilage damage, arthritis and two surgeries. I have did the complete T25 series almost two years ago, and just started it again this Monday. Just like anything else, you need to be aware of your limits. If I do excessive jumping, especially laterally, it's…

I'll feel ya! Same story here as well. Baby steps! Consistent at the gym for a month is a great start!

Hello. I'm also a mom of two (7 and 4) and I'm 35 years old. I work full time as well, and go to school for my MBA. About two-ish years ago I made some great changes and lost 20 lbs, but have gained it all back. Trying to get back on the wagon! Looking to lose about 15 lbs.

I eat it cold all the time. I cook the quinoa and cool it, then cut up sweet peppers, cucumbers, carrots and craisins. I mix a little olive oil with apple cider vinegar and just a tad of dijon mustard. I mix it all together and eat off it for a few days. One of my favorites!

Just turned 33 and definitely consider myself early 30's yet :)

Congrats! You look great!

Great job!

Thanks! It's actually about 12 weeks, but most of the progress was done in the last five weeks while doing T25 :) The weight started coming off a bit with diet changes, but the T25 is definitely helping with toning. Looking forward to seeing my results after completing beta!

I agree with this. I do have a goal weight, and it is nice to see the scale go down; however, my clothes fitting better gives me a better feeling than the changing scale. I think it's okay to set a goal weight, but that is a little difficult if you are muscular or building muscle mass.

I posted an update the other day, but thought I would update with pictures (eek). I still have some work to do as things need to be toned up, and I really want to work on my love handles and lower abs. But, I'm really happy with the changes I've made the last few months. I started cleaning up my eating habits in April and…

Great job!!! I can't imagine that kind of loss. Kudos to you for working through it for your husband and daughter. Keep up the great work!

I posted an update a little while ago title "Finished T25". I'm about halfway through it, there is an update there. Good luck to you!

I work out in the morning before work so I did it already. It was SO much different than Speed 1.0! It's great though!!
-
Good luck! I haven't done Insanity, but from what I can tell it's not as bad. It's a great program, though!
-
Ummm yeah....SO not like 1.0! LOL It was great, though!!

I started Beta today and didn't die, so that's good :) We'll see how Speed 2.0 goes tomorrow!
-
Good luck!

Hello, newbie here! Just finished alpha today! I feel like I hot great results. I have not so great knees so I tend to modify quite a bit to lower the impact, but overall I really liked it. However, due to the modifications, I'm nervous about starting beta!

How was it?? I'm nervous to start it!

Great job!!!

Sounds like you're off to a great start! I'm definitely not so far into this journey to dish out too much advice, but I would say take T25 at your own pace. I have to do some of the modifiers (mainly because of my knees but sometimes because I'm just tired) and it's okay to do that. You're still getting a work out! I think…

Let me kow how you like Piyo! I'm actually debating if I want to try that or ChaLean Extreme. I was thinking Piyo since it's low impact, but ChaLean is appealing, too.
-
Haha, I want to try Piyo next, too. Not Pico like I originally posted, lol.

I definitely wouldn't call myself a pro :) I have some knee issues (first surgery when I was 15 and second when I was 20) After the second surgery I was told I already had arthritis in the knee I had surgery on, and likely had it in the other too. They don't bother me all the time, but off and on. Plus I live in Wisconsin…
