When using machines, I record what the machine says I've burned. MFP is usually WAY higher, sometimes by 200-300 calories. I always record the lower number just to be safe. However, if I'm doing something not on a machine (walking, pilates, etc) I record what MFP says, just because I have nothing else to compare it to.

For hot tea, I stick to English Breakfast. But, I love cold-brewed herbal/fruit teas like Tangerine Orange Zinger and Black Cherry Berry.

I love Dr. Pepper. I only have some if my calories allow. I also cut down on how much I drink by leaving it in the fridge while at work. Then I have to go down the hallway to get a drink.
