Creative recipes with given ingredients? Please :-)

So I have to hardcore budget cut, college student living in Manhattan...life's rough lol. So I won't be grocery shopping till I run out of what I have which is:

Red uncooked quinoa
Canned black beans
Crunchy almond butter
Whole grain waffles
Meat-free "chicken strips"
Romaine
Tomatoes
Hummus
Feta
One avocado
a couple slices of toast/a couple tortillas
Bananas (too many bananas actually!)
And cheez it's :blushing:

As of now, I've been having two waffles with almond butter and banana for breakfast
Salad (lettuce and tomato lol) with hummus and some feta as a dressing
Dinner would be quinoa and beans sometimes chicken free chicken but trying to save those lol

Also trying to save my avocado for something yummy :)

Any ideas are appreciated!

    Do you have any spices? I would make a simple pico and eat it over the quinoa and beans. Protein, omegas and iron.
