Creative recipes with given ingredients? Please :-)
So I have to hardcore budget cut, college student living in Manhattan...life's rough lol. So I won't be grocery shopping till I run out of what I have which is:
Red uncooked quinoa
Canned black beans
Crunchy almond butter
Whole grain waffles
Meat-free "chicken strips"
Romaine
Tomatoes
Hummus
Feta
One avocado
a couple slices of toast/a couple tortillas
Bananas (too many bananas actually!)
And cheez it's :blushing:
As of now, I've been having two waffles with almond butter and banana for breakfast
Salad (lettuce and tomato lol) with hummus and some feta as a dressing
Dinner would be quinoa and beans sometimes chicken free chicken but trying to save those lol
Also trying to save my avocado for something yummy
Any ideas are appreciated!

Do you have any spices? I would make a simple pico and eat it over the quinoa and beans. Protein, omegas and iron.0
