I love spinning! i spin twice a week, and depends on what we do that class, with a hrm can burn anywhere from 400-550. Since i have been doing it for a while i have to push myself harder to burn more of course. good luck!

i replaced both, my watch was blinking (a little battery) and the transmitter on band. i took mine to the local jeweler and it was $18. it fixed it for a week called polar and the told me to scrub the snap parts with a toothbrush did that it worked for a while and now isnt working again. so i am sending it to them. good…

i wasnt in shape when i started it (i had done some jillian micheals videos), i done it for 6 weeks and was very board, and was hard to find 1+hr at night to do it. If he has it, it wouldnt hurt to try it. gfoo luck to ya!

i have the gt2170, love them, but i have flat feet, i went to the asics website the other day and you can put in what kind of foot you have and they will match the shoe. good luck!!

i like working out with my group at the Y, but i like running by myself~everyone wants to talk, and i cant breath and talk! lol

we have a guy that attends ours, we give him a hard time. he just wears his reg. gym clothes. our yoga class is candle lit so nobody can really see ya. you will be amazed by the benefits of it! good luck on your journey!

yes, i finished 2nd to last, and it was an amazing feeling, i was just happy i completed it! you wouldnt belive the amount of support you get by everyone else running, its very addicting!

i took my first yoga class friday. Never thought i would like it, but after working out all week, it felt good (and yes it was a little hard for me) The class was at my Y, and for members its free, and non members its like $2. the class was 45 mins and i only burned 145 cals per my HRM. good luck!!

yep, im a 28 day also, and since i have been doing c25k (week 9) mine have come early/late and short/long. its driving me CRAZY!! lol

i repeated week 5 because 6 scared me! but 6 wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. i dont regret doing w5 over. my calves feel like that also so i think I may need to do some leg exercises to help them out, good luck on your journey!!

im with ya! so aggrevating, but i also bumped up my calories because i was starving and needing fuel. started spinning 2 days and going to add like a boot camp on run days to see if that helps. good luck
