hey i just figured out the "group" boards!! so stopping by to say HI!! i am on w6d3, love it. i use the ease into 5k app, and they Y. looking foward to try and run some 5k's with a friend this year. i really never thought i would have made it this far. glad i found this group, looking forward to learning more!

workouts that are easy on the knees

late night workouts
i usually dont get to work out until around 9pm or so, those of you that work out that late do you eat something afterwards? i try to eat a bannana or a rice cake or have a smoothie, but didnt know if i was working against me or for me? tia

has anyone made their own p90x schedule, and has it worked for you??? i get bored with the weight lifting, but know i probally need to do it, but dread it. or is it the worse idea ever and need to suck it up and do it, lol tia!!:smile:
