for cardio try walking with leslie sansone. you get a burn but easy on the body.0

I agree Leslie sansone is awesome! and a good workout!0

stand with legs hip with a part slight bend in the knees and do punches it'll get your heart rate going and you can add weights too it for a harder work out once you get stronger.0

this is so funny i was just about to post almost the same exact thing ican do the elliptical and even walk 3.5 on treadmill with no pain but the bike and leg weight machines make my knees creak and after the gym maybe 20 mins or so my knees are soooo sore0
-
If at home, try Jump rope,
If in gym, try the crosstrainer0 -
yeah i cant use the bike either can do maybe 15 minutes then the pain starts. can do eliptical and treadmill.
can use most of the weight machines except the squats0 -
I was having the same issues with the FIRM DVD's as they did so many 4 count lunges. JIllian does too many lunges and squats and my knees will screaming etc...I am learning to modify the lunges to a step foward step behind etc..but have also discovered Tae Bo which doesn't do so many lunges and the 10 minute Solution...Rapid Resuls fat burner...there are 10 minute segments and most of the segments on this particular one are pretty knee friendly...there is a 10 minute solution dancing one too that is easy on the knees but I don't bellydance...LOL...0

every body should belly dance. actually when i got back to belly dancing this year my knee improved greatly0
-
I think I would actually love bellydancing if I learned how to do it before I cared about the workout. I was trying to squeeze a really effective workout in and the time I spent frustrated in not quite doing it right made me crazy...LOL0
