Yes, next time I made it, I was going to add a few other things. I even thought about adding some turkey sausage or someone like that. As for the freezing, not sure. The only thing I would be concerned about would be the milk, but do not see that being a big issue.

I wish I could help you, but am interested in the answer too. I can get on a treadmill as much as I want, but as soon as I get on the elliptical or bike with any resistance, my legs burn!! Different muscles used I guess. Well, whatever answers you get, I wish you luck!

I try not to cheat on the weekends, but so I don't go insane, I "cheat" maybe once or twice a month by making my favorite meal or even going out to dinner. I may not lose as much that week, but do not gain any. Especially if I make sure I work out the next day.

Hello there! I am also 5'6" and started out at 230 about 2 weeks ago. I am 42yrs old. My goal weight is 160. About 4 yrs ago I lost 40lbs and got down to 170. It felt great!
