Hello everyone, I have ALOT of work ahead of me and need ALOT of support and advice. I'm not getting any younger and its time to make some changes! Looking forward to meeting some new buddies that I can relate to, and vice versa!

    Always support in here! Ohio native in Colorado and actually lived near Cinci for a few years up in Monroe, OH (the exit with the Touchdown Jesus, flea market and Hustler store). Oh good old OHIO.

    Cinci area also. I do WW, but heard great things about MFP. Just logged my first meal. It was soooo easy! I used the scanner and was so shocked that how quick and easy to adjust how much of it I would eat so it was better.

    Born and raised in Yellow Springs but have lived in Dayton for the last 10yrs. Touch down Jesus is no more. He was referred to add terminator Jesus while being rebuilt lol!
