Maintained my 3 lbs., but I also got hit with a respiratory virus, needless to say, the gym was off my list....stepping it up to the next level tomorrow.

Maintained, but also worked six days this week, so I didn't make it to the gym as much as I would have liked to.I do now have my husband on the band wagon, so this is good. Our youngest son went to college this year, so it has been an adjustment cooking for just the two of us.

Last couple of weeks very frustrated...worked out 5 days(30 min. cardio and strength training) and did not lose a pound. A trainer at my gym told me I needed to increase my daily calories, I was scared to do this, but increased it by 150. Surprise, dropped 2 1b.s.

Started back at the gym after a two week holiday in Palm Springs and Arizona!I'm looking forward to having more of a support group.
