I eat once first thing in the morning before the gym a protein shake right after the gym small snack every two hours in between my 2 larger meals once with in 30 minutes of going to bed

I weigh in every morning before a work out I alternate how I work out, I do body splits.. So one day I will work legs the next I will work half my upper body next is legs then after that is the other half of my upper.. I work out 5 days a week with Sat and Sun off... I do minimal cardio

I would count them.. your body still absorbed most of what it was going to take in.. Surely by that time most of what was left over was waste

One thing I enjoy thats sweet is fat free yogurt.. Its a low calorie snack and tends to curve my appetite for sweetness.. Also eating something like walnuts or almonds may help curve your feeling of hunger

Well if you are sick you need to eat to keep your body fighting whatever is causing it to be sick... You can make up for what you ate on a day that you feel better.

water water water water... Tea isnt the best for you because of the caffeine it contains, unless you are drinking green tea.. Water is by far the best thing you can drink. I have my goal set on drinking a gal and a half a day.
