A running coach once told me: If you're feeling sick from the neck up, run; it'll make you feel better. If you're feeling sick anywhere below the neck, skip the run; you'll only feel worse. So far this has always held true for me!

I had a Nathan (shadow pak, I think?) belt before my Amphipod. It didn't come with a water bottle, but I added one on. I got some Gap Long & Lean jeans last night and I love them! It's a definite misnomer though...I'm 5'1" with a "curvy" *kitten*, but these jeans fit great so I don't know where they got that name! Before that, my favorites were a pair of Lucky brand jeans that sadly are way too big for me now! :)

So far this week: days 1, 2, and 3 done! Plus 3 extra miles and 300 additional crunches and 225 additional jumping jacks. And, I recommended MFP to one of my running partners, but I don't think it's gonna happen.
