I upped my calorie goal a little bit today
I upped my calorie goal a little bit today. I've been having bouts of lightheadedness over the past week or two and I'm thinking I might need to eat a little more. I had my goal set at losing 1.5 lbs/week, so I changed it to 1 lb/week so my calorie goal has changed from 1200 to 1350. I always eat most/some of my exercise…
