New here...sort of...and looking for friends

I've been using MFP for about a month but have only been logging food not really participating beyond that. I'm finding it harder and harder to stay on track, so I think I could use some friends to motivate me. Please feel free to add me! :smile:
...now I'm off to the gym!

    Definitely use these boards to your advantage. So much to learn from them. Set yourself some mini goals to help stay on track.

  • Hope you had a good work out. I cannot wait to go to the gym after work today. Well I mean, I can wait, but I am looking forward to getting back at it, after I took the weekend off. Monday's are always the hardest to get going again. I need to implement excersize into my weekends. however, i dont have the time. ahhhh! anyways- hope you have a good day/
