• You sound like you have a lot on your plate right now! But you CAN do it. Every single day counts!! Zumba will be fantastic - I used to do it with a friend... so many good endorphins, to make you feel stronger for work tomorrow! Not to mention how proud you'll feel of yourself... and your kids will see that!!
• I think the pace/vibe of 30DS is quite slow compared to Jillian's other DVDs. You could try 6 Week 6 Pack? It's really quick-paced, maybe that would get you going? No time for boredom.... ! :)
• Level 2 becoming easier!!! Thank goodness...!!!
• All I can say is that JM's 6 Week 6 Pack is MUCH harder than 30DS (in my and my mother's opinion!). If I had to do JM's DVDs in an order, I'd start with 30DS, do the rest in any order, then finish with 6W6P. Though I'm currently doing 6W6P (Level 2) and doing 30DS on my 'rest' days. Woo for Jillian!
• Level 2 started today :) (with my mother!!!!) WE CAN DO IT!!!
• Hey - I only just saw this. I totally empathise! My bf has a minimum 4 pack at all times, even without any bloody work, and he is constantly eating! It's really annoying - I was trying to match him, just because it's sociable and he eats so many tasty things! But I've since realised that I can't do what he does, my body…
• OOOOH - it sounds fantastic! As soon as I get through Killian's 6 weeks (a few weeks left!) then I will take a serious look at shelling out for T25. How are you finding the nutrition side of the T25 programme? Is it too many shakes? Not a great deal of exercise on top of the DVDs, but reasonably active in the day. We'll…
• Ermmm you're going to hate this but I have cereal for dinner most nights (I love it!!!). But I'm cooking for the others: pan fried salmon fillet on cauliflower and sweet potato puree with mushroom sauce. :D
• I would have to say ROUTINE!! 1) Routine in exercise - I get up and do an exercise DVD every morning, 6 days/ week. Then breakfast and onto my day! That way, there are no excuses, and it becomes a habit! 2) Routine in food - this is more a personal preference, but maybe it'll help you? I have porridge every morning for…
• Such a great spreadsheet!
•
Hey! I've done those in the past- used to mix up 30DS, ripped in 30, 6 week 6 pack and her no more trouble zones DVDs! You sound really motivated! I'm hoping to not have to count cals for ever, but trying to stick to 1300 a day, regardless of exercise. May need to up it shortly, but just as a kick start!
…
• - Hey knarr88 - have you considered the Jillian Michaels DVDs? Probably 30 Day Shred to start with, if you're just getting into fitness or are just average! I find her really motivational. And (with the right nutrition) I've been seeing incredibly quick results! :)
• 5'4 23 year old, 132lbs. I'd never heard of T25 until you mentioned it - looks great! I'm currently on my second week of Jillian Michaels' DVDs (6 Week 6 Pack and 30 Day Shred). Quite similar to T25 by the looks of it! 30-40 mins of intensity. I'm actually not counting calories this time, but would estimate around...…
• Hey! I am in exactly the same position - I am saintly for a few weeks (125lbs) and then terrible for a short period (back to 143lbs), then saintly again... etc etc. 23 years old, 5'4. I had a knee injury a couple months ago, so only just getting back into fitness, rather than just diet. I do really need a buddy, as none of…
• Hey - I don't know if it's too late or you worked out your calorie burn in the end? I did Level 1 of 6W6P, but without tracking calories burnt with my heart rate monitor. I just started Level 2 yesterday - which was MUCH harder, in my opinion! - and burned 612kcals. But I'm sure it depends on whether you're doing the…
