I moved in with my boyfriend and let myself slip for a few months and put all weight and more back on by eating what he eats. He doesnt care about healthy eating, doesnt like many fruit and veg and enjoys takeaway. I have not been strong and have been eating like him. Hes 6ft 1 and im 5ft 3 so he can eat far more then I can, I have been almost matching what he eats and its made me put on loads! Im away for a week housesitting for the parents so hoping I can start good habits back up and be strong about what I eat when Im back!

Hey - I only just saw this. I totally empathise! My bf has a minimum 4 pack at all times, even without any bloody work, and he is constantly eating! It's really annoying - I was trying to match him, just because it's sociable and he eats so many tasty things! But I've since realised that I can't do what he does, my body won't let me!
Could you eat what he eats but in teensy portions? That's what I've been doing for a while now0
