That would be me running haha. I have terrible balance too, so it doesn't help for me to be in any kind of hurry. I love walking and running on the treadmill (wish I could afford one!) The handles help me balance and actually focus on my running rather than who/what I'm going to walk/run into haha.

5'1" here! My first goal is to reach down to 180. If I can get there and maintain that, I'll go further down to 150. But I would actually love to be 130. But realistically 150 is okay with me. :)

PB2 just sounds icky. I'd rather have the real deal. You can get natural pb which is way better. Not loaded with crap. I also like the Skippy All Natural Pb. It's smooth. Ps, I would definitely bump your cals up. 1200 isn't enough for anyone really. Even morbidly obese (Which is where I fit in) need more than that. Listen to the TDEE and BMR stuff. It truly works. It took me 6 months to lose 31lbs. I quit and gained some back, then quit again and gained the rest back. But I'm back now and I'm determined to make this work. Doesn't matter how many times you fall down, what matters is how many times you get back up. As long as you're trying, you're winning.

I eat eggs every day. Some say they get tired of it, but I honestly LOVE eggs now. I normally just eat 9TB(equal to 3 eggs) of egg whites, but when I run out (like now) I eat whole eggs. I have a delayed full signal, so it's hard for me to say. But for dinner, if I eat chicken or any kind of meat, I find that if I pair it with quite a bit of veggies, I fill full longer and drink water with it, that helps to keep you full longer as well.

I have it. Have been diagnosed since summer 2010. It has slowed down my weight loss A LOT. I have been on Metformin off and on since then and it helps. But the stomach pains, the bathroom issues---shew. But I have IBS so it's hard to distinguish which is which. I know it hurts!

3 liquid egg whites, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ground peppercorn, chopped/dried chives. Then put that on a whole wheat sandwich round with 2tbsp of mayo. Yummm!

Well one thing that will help is to get all of the bad food out of your house. If that's not possible, stick sticky notes on all the doors and cabinets that contain food that say "are you really hungry?" "Do you want to eat?"

Thanks ladies! I just changed from tracking my sugar, and replaced it with fiber. I get tired of always going over sugar no matter what I eat.
