I usually order the kids meal cheeseburger for around 320 calories. Comes with a very very small fries and apple slices. I always laugh when the worker asks " for a boy or a girl?" And I also get a toy out of it!:laugh:

My dietician recommended that I drink V8 low sodium juice. You get all your veggies with it and it doesn't taste too bad. I absolutely hate veggies too!
