Help! No weight loss!
I have weighed the same for the last three weeks. Can anyone look at my diary and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have a broken treadmill that I'm waiting for a part on so I haven't exercised. Frustrated!

Won't all this extra skin just be hanging on me if I lose weight? Where does it go? After two kids and years of being overweight I can't imagine being tight again.

why no weight loss?
Followed my calorie limit to a "T" and no weight loss this week. Can anyone check my diary and tell me what I did wrong? It's so frustrating. I know I didn't exercise but still you think there would be a pound or two weight loss!

Dietician
Went to the dietician and she suggested a 1600 calorie diet. I can usually eat a little of 1400 and that seems like a lot of food. I'm just starting this new eating lifestyle. Do you think she is right?
