Can someone tell me how exactly you measure yourself? What parts of your body do you measure and how do you know the next time you are measuring in the exact same place?

    I don't go by measurements because I have no clue to the answer to these questions - in spite of seeing numerous diagrams that tell me how to do it. Largely because none of them resemble my body in any way shape or form :wink:

    I measure my waist, hips, arms and thighs lol. For the waist, take the measurement where it's the smallest (usually not where your bellybutton is, for women). At the hips, the widest part. Same for arms and thighs. I use a mirror so that I make sure I always measure the same area ;)
