I believe with ANY diet you should consult your doctor, and I am glad you found something that worked well for you! I had never heard of it before, and it sounded interesting so I looked it up (as the others probably did). It was meant to be helpful. Like I said, the pics are awesome, congrats!

Thanks everyone for the advice! Sounds like Insanity will be a challenge, and I am totally up for it! @glfprncs2 - Thanks for the info, I think I will take your advice and do the entire 60 day work out instead of using them randomly. I am excited about the dvds, and I need to work on my cardio.

LOL thanks! I started week 4 today, it seems a little less intense (which makes me think week 5 will be hell). P90X was my boyfriends idea, and he got me into it by making it a competition...that may be one way to get your boyfriend into it lol! Hope all is going well!

I am have been doing P90X for over 2 weeks as well. The best way to track is probably to use a heart rate monitor. If you don't have one, I think the workouts burn around 500 calories on average...
